El rechazo se dio porque el escrito de corrección repitió los argumentos iniciales y el actor no logró superar las deficiencias de su demanda.
La Sala Plena considera que la decisión de rechazo no fue arbitraria o irrazonable, toda vez que obedeció a la situación objetiva de la falta de corrección de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad y explicó con suficiencia las razones por las cuales no era posible provocar un pronunciamiento de fondo por parte de la Corporación.
Se desestima el recurso formulado y se CONFIRMA el auto impugnado.
